During the week of February 23 - 29th students will be participating in some important surveys. The data from these surveys are used to create goals (ie. the School Development Plan) and are 100% confidential. 

Teachers, grade 7 students, and their parents, will participate in the Alberta Education Assurance Survey. The results are:

• used by schools, school authorities and the government to see what’s working and what needs to be improved; and
• shared with the whole community.

Students in grades 5,6,8, and 9 will participate in the CBE Student Survey. The results are used in school and district reports to demonstrate that students are: 

• able to integrate and apply the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies they are acquiring across all academic disciplines; and 

• demonstrating Citizenship, Personal Development and Character in and through learning.
